Ombudsman Program

The Nebraska Division on Aging is designated to serve as the Ombudsman provider in the State of Nebraska. This program is the advocate for the well being of residents who are residing in long term care facilities. The AOWN will assist in the referral to the Division of any complaint, concern or issue affecting a nursing home resident.
